A little about our operation...
The Guide: Brayden Bangert

Brayden’s passion for both sportfishing and guiding isn’t at all surprising. He was born in Victoria, and all of his 28 years have been spent on the shores and waters of south and central Vancouver Island. Brayden has always been a natural angler: he’s patient, persistent, and a keen observer and technician. He also happens to love boats—anything that floats, really—and he’s eager to meet and engage with new people no matter the circumstances. Guests, with or without saltwater angling experience, will enjoy Brayden’s easy-going nature as he shares his passion for fishing and his appreciation for the scenic waters around the Comox Valley. When Brayden isn’t prowling the Strait of Georgia, he’s completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree online and enjoying all the outdoor recreational opportunities on the doorsteps of Comox Valley residents.

The Equipment
We run modern, well-maintained equipment to ensure our guests have the best fishing day possible. Our up-to-date electronics help us put our guests on the fish. We use top-of-the-line rods, downriggers, reels, and tackle for the best chance at success. All gear is carefully maintained, and we always carry spare equipment on board so charters run seamlessly from start to finish. Additionally, our vessel carries the necessary Transport Canada safety equipment.
